Bruny Island Gourmet Food Tour (from Hobart)

A day spent in beautiful Bruny Island is guaranteed to afford you two things: Sweeping views of the gorgeous landscape and delectable food offerings. In this tour, you’ll have both.

Ferry your way from Hobart town down to forest-y Bruny Island (while spotting a range of wildlife including seabirds, dolphins and whales along the way). When you reach, be treated to a private food tasting session - an array of fresh local produce including oysters, cheese, chocolate and smokehouse products. Also, you’ll be whisked to an exclusive tour around the country’s second oldest Cape Bruny Lighthouse. What’s more: Check out the Trugarini Lookout at the island’s The Neck – which offers a scenic 360-degree view of the area – and also home to native wildlife such as penguins and short-tailed shearwater (catch them in their most natural elements!). You’ll also see amazing views from the (mysterious) 500-metre high Mount Mangana.
